How to Use

1. Begin with a clean face.
2. Apply a few drops of facial oil, serum, toner, or a ghee-based cream for smooth glide.
3. Start at the base of the neck and gently roll downward to stimulate lymphatic drainage.
4. Move to the face:
• Chin to ears using outward strokes
• Lips and nose area, rolling from center outward
• Cheeks toward temples
5. Use the smaller end around the eyes and brow bone with very light pressure.
6. On the forehead, roll upward from brows to hairline, then outward toward temples.
7. Massage for 5–10 minutes, once daily or as part of your evening ritual.
