Welcome to AyuVeda Glow. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and other policies published on this site. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our site.

 

 

1. Definitions & Interpretation

  • “We”, “us”, “our” refers to AyuVeda Glow.

  • “You”, “your” refers to users, customers, or any person accessing or using the site.

  • “Products” refers to skincare, haircare, lipcare, and related goods offered on the site.

  • “Order” refers to your purchase request submitted through our website.

  • “Policies” means Privacy Policy, Return & Replacement Policy, Shipping & Payment Policy, etc.

 

 

2. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs, software) is owned by or licensed to us. You may view and download for personal use only; commercial use is prohibited.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the site in any form or by any means without prior written permission.

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site (e.g., interfering with operation, hacking, injecting malicious code, etc.).

 

 

3. User Account & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (if you create an account).

  • You agree not to share your credentials or allow unauthorized access.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if fraudulent or improper activity is detected.

 

 

4. Products, Orders & Pricing

  • The products displayed are for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

  • We strive to keep product details accurate (descriptions, images, pricing). However, mistakes may occur.

    • If we discover a pricing error before shipping, we’ll notify you. You may accept the adjusted price or cancel the order.

    • If the correct price is lower than listed, we will charge the lower price.

  • All orders must be prepaid — no Cash on Delivery option.

  • All amounts are in INR and include applicable taxes.

 

 

5. Order Acceptance & Dispatch

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

  • Once your payment is confirmed and the order is accepted, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days (unless otherwise stated).

  • We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues or force majeure events.

 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within India only (no international shipping).

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown during checkout.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor delivery.

  • If a delivery fails (e.g., wrong address, no recipient), we may return the package to us. Subsequent re-delivery may incur extra charges (to be borne by you).

 

 

7. Return, Replacement & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns for change-of-mind or used products.

  • Replacements are offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (as per our Return & Replacement Policy).

  • You must report issues within 48 hours of receipt, submit images and order details, and return the product in original, unused condition with packaging intact.

  • Replacement dispatch will occur after verification, generally within 5–7 business days.

  • Until a replacement is shipped, the original remains your responsibility unless we arrange reverse pick-up.

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, AyuVeda Glow is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill, etc.).

    • Damages arising from misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products.

    • Delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, courier strikes, regulatory changes).

  • Our total liability for a defective or incorrect product is limited to replacement or refund value of that product.

 

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, service marks, logos, designs used on the site are proprietary.

  • You agree not to use our branding or content without written permission.

  • Any user-submitted content (reviews, comments) is licensed to us non-exclusively and perpetually to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display.

 

 

10. User Content & Feedback

  • When you post content (reviews, images, suggestions), you grant us the right to use it in any format, marketing channels, or media without compensation.

  • You represent that your content is your own, non-infringing, and does not include harmful code or defamatory statements.

  • We reserve the right to remove any content for violation of these terms or applicable laws.

 

 

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is integral to these Terms.

  • By using this website, you consent to the collection, storage, and usage of your information as described in that policy.

 

 

12. Modifications & Termination

  • We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be effective from its “Effective Date” onward.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the site and discontinue service at any time, with or without notice.

  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination (e.g., payment, confidentiality).

 

 

13. Disputes, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the state where our registered office is located (e.g. Kolkata) for any disputes arising hereunder.

  • Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to attempt resolution by contacting us at namaste@ayuvedaglow.com for at least 30 days.

 

 

14. Severability & Waiver

  • If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable under law, the remaining clauses will remain in full force.

  • Delay or failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that provision.
