Refund policy

1. What we accept

  • We offer replacements only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  • If your product meets any of those criteria, report it within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear images and relevant order details.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind, opened/used items, or dissatisfaction not related to shipping or quality.

2. How to request a replacement

  • Email us at seva@ayuvedaglow.com with your order number, photos/videos of the damage or incorrect product, and a description of the issue.

  • We will respond within 3 business days to assess your claim.

  • If approved, we will arrange reverse pick-up at no extra cost and send a replacement once the original is received (or in certain cases, based on proof).

3. Conditions & eligibility

  • Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging, with all seals intact.

  • Products with tampered seals, missing batch number labels, or obvious signs of usage will not be eligible.

  • The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery; late requests may be rejected.

4. Timeline for replacements

  • Once your request is approved and we receive the returned package, we aim to dispatch your replacement within 5–7 business days.

  • All shipping and logistics will be managed by us for eligible cases.

5. Damage vs. misuse

  • We’re only liable for defects or damage that occur before or during transit.

  • Any damage or quality issues arising from misuse, improper storage, or post-delivery alterations will not qualify for replacement.

6. Non-returnable / non-replaceable items

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products whose seals have been broken or opened.

  • Products used beyond safety/hygiene reasons.

7. What if your product doesn’t qualify?

  • We’ll review on a case-by-case basis. If the product is ineligible, we may:

    • Return it to you without replacement, or

    • Decline the request with a clear explanation.
