What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all standard prepaid payment options including credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking. Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.
Can I change my order after placing it?

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on the stage of processing.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At the moment, we only ship within India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days.

Are there shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 100 in order value.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
We only offer replacements for orders that are damaged or incorrect.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear images of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
What if my product is defective after use?
Please email us with your order details and photos of the product.
While we can’t guarantee replacements for usage-related issues, our team will review each case individually.
Are AyuVeda Glow products safe and dermatologically tested?
Yes. Our formulations are made using Ayurvedic herbs and clean, skin-safe ingredients.
Each product is developed with quality and safety in mind, suitable for all skin types.
Do your products contain parabens, sulphates, or artificial fragrances?
No. AyuVeda Glow products are free from parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, and synthetic fragrances. We believe in pure, effective, and nature-derived formulations.
How do I choose the right product for my skin?

How should I store my products?

Yes. Our products are formulated to blend seamlessly with most skincare routines — they won’t disturb other textures or formulations.
Why does my product’s color or texture vary slightly?
Our products are made with natural Ayurvedic ingredients in small batches, so minor variations in color or fragrance may occur.
This is a sign of authenticity, not inconsistency.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and access exclusive offers.
